I saw your recipe on Seven Spoons (an incredibly touching post). I've made several of your recipes (Lentil Meatballs is at the top of my list right now) and they have all been delicious. Hugh's photographs are absolutely beautiful. Congratulations on all your success. I can't wait to get my hands on your cookbook!

Congratulations, I'm anxious for mine to arrive and I've already made a few things courtesy of not without salt and my new roots, it was all delicious. Enjoy this, you must be so proud of yourselves. We had guests to dinner last night who have eaten with us many times, but said the meal we ate yesterday was the best I'd prepared for them. The centerpiece was your Buckwheat Harvest Tart (p.112) which I served accompanied by your Braised White Beans and Leeks (p. 74). A phenomenal meal on a cold, cold night in New Hampshire. Bravo and thank you.

Hello! I just wanted to comment and say that I bought your cookbook a few months back and I just LOVE it. It's now one of my favorites. The carrot muffins and corn cakes with cherry compote are at the top of my list at the moment. Thanks for sharing such wonderful recipes!
