It's true. We made a book. There was a lot of eating, dish washing and photo taking going on and we are thrilled to show you! Along with the fine people at Ten Speed Press, we are excited to share the Sprouted Kitchen cookbook with you on August 28th! It will be available online through the links below, and hopefully at your local bookstore.

It's almost here! What started as a food blog, a fun side project I would work on with my beloved Hugh, has led us to making a book! So much cause for exclamation. Included in The Sprouted Kitchen cookbook, are 100 recipes ranging from breakfast to salads to snacks to happy hour ideas. With a style that essentially echos the blog, there are loads of ideas for cooking with seasonal produce, and simple, tasty, wholesome dishes for family and friends. My hope is to reach a wide gamut of cooks. I tried to keep things approachable, while also keeping a light attitude towards "health food."

Our plan is to visit a few major cities in the late summer to meet some of you fine people who have encouraged this project. Dates and locations will be posted on this page.
